New monitor does not come

I bought new display on rakuten ichiba three days ago.It suppposed come here today or yesterday.But It has not come yet. Since i work remotely,my room development environment is so important factor to develop software.I bought 43 inch display made by LG. Now i use Full-HD Display made by LG and old square type display made by dell.No further development is possible without a 4k display.Current my PC monitor enviroment is too  small to  develep software.When will it come here ?
